Full Conference registration includes 3 day attendance (September 21 – 23, 2021), virtual delegate bag, educational sessions and virtual networking opportunities. Fees are in CAD Dollars.
Group Discount
For groups of 5-9 registrants, 5% will automatically be deducted from the main conference fee. For groups of 10+ registrants, 10% will automatically be deducted from the main conference fee. Participants must register at the same time. Also, please note that this discount will only apply to Regular Rates and NOT Early-Bird Rates.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
An administration fee of $250 applies to all cancellations received before August 20, 2021. NO REFUND after August 20, 2021.
Requests for refunds must be in writing. Registrations are transferable at no additional cost. Name substitutions are accepted in writing only (email is acceptable) to the Conference Secretariat.
The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
