Anne-Héloïse Bédard, MSc, CIA, CRMA, CGAP, PMP, is a Partner and leader of MNP’s Enterprise Risk Services team for Quebec. She is also the president of the executive committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Montreal and a member of the board.
Mrs. Bédard, has nearly 20 years of management experience, most of it in risk management and internal audit. Specializing in the public sector, her clients include Crown corporations, municipalities and federal and provincial government ministries and agencies. With her background in process optimization combined with her experience in internal audit and business risk management, she offers a unique combination of expertise through her ability to balance efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, control and risk management.
Anne-Héloïse earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BAA) in 1999 and a Master of Science (MSc) in 2002 from HEC Montréal. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) and holds her Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA). She also holds the designation of Professional in Management of project (PMP, 2009) and ProSci certification in change management (2010).
