Boivin, Benoit

Mr. Boivin has held various positions in the public sector, including Director of the Office of the President and CEO at Retraite Québec and Director of the Office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité du travail. He also held other positions as a senior executive, notably at the Commission des normes du travail, the Ministère des Finances, the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et des Parcs, as well as in the private sector

In addition, Mr. Boivin is a member of boards of directors and various committees. He sits on the Disciplinary Council of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec. He is a public representative appointed by the Office des professions du Québec to the board of directors of the Ordre des chimistes (member of the governance and audit committees). He is a member of the Continuing Professional Development and Remediation Committee of the College of Physicians and of the Review Committee of the Barreau du Québec. He is currently a member of the audit committee of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Higher Education. He also chairs the External Audit Committee of the Plan to Modernize the Quebec Justice System.
Mr. Benoît Boivin is a chartered professional accountant, holder of the FCPA, FCA designation from the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants of Quebec.
